MSUFCU reserves the right to restrict its use, including the right to remove listings that are considered inappropriate, without notice. The listings advertised within MSUFCU eClassifieds are not endorsed or guaranteed by MSUFCU, and we accept no liability in connection with their use. All transactions are between the buyer and the seller. MSUFCU is not a party to any transactions. The price and other terms of sale remain subject to direct negotiation between the buyer and the seller. When using the MSUFCU eClassifieds to find a buyer for your house or vehicle or to find a house or vehicle to purchase, please use the same good judgment as you would in selling a house or vehicle through, or responding to, a classifieds ad in the newspaper or online. Question:
I think this posting is a scam. How do I know? What should I do?
Answer:

You may encounter payment frauds when selling items on the Internet. Typically, a buyer interested in purchasing your item will offer to overpay by a cashier's check or wire and request to have the remaining funds returned to them. The check/wire they send is fraudulent and no funds exist to cover the payment or the money that you have returned to the payee via your personal check.

Also, never give out your financial information to anyone. This includes information such as your account number, routing number to your financial institution, and credit card numbers.

Please be advised that MSUFCU is not involved in any transaction regarding the ads posted on this site.
