“We are so grateful for our partnership with MSUFCU because The Aitch Foundation would not be what it is today without it. Because of MSUFCU, we have been able to fund Aitch Fellowships at MSU that expand cancer research for our communities and beyond. MSUFCU helps make our annual event, The Hidden Key Fashion Show, a wonderful experience for cancer warriors, attendees, and the young MSU PHD student researchers working hard to find a cure for this deadly disease. ”— Lauren Aitch, The Aitch Foundation Founder

The seventh annual Hidden Key Fashion Show took place on Saturday, June 17, 2017, at Michigan State University’s Spartan Stadium Suites. The Aitch Foundation’s mission is tochange lives through the advancement of cancer research, while generating community involvement through sports and fashion related events. Nearly 260 people attended the event and $69,863 was raised for cancer research that focuses on the early detection of hidden cancers.

This year’s show featured local celebrities inclusive of 14 MSU Athletics alumni — Mr. Drew Stanton — was one of them, as well as the Eyde Brothers and Nataly Williams, daughter of former MSU Football coach, Bobby Williams. The models strutted their stuff in outfits from local clothing stores including Playmakers, Matilda Jean, Threads, Lady Aitch, Kositcheck’s, and White House Black Market. Both silent and live auctions also took place at the fashion show, allowing attendees to donate even more money to cancer research.

MSUFCU has partnered with The Aitch Foundation since the Hidden Key Fashion Show’s inception in 2013. Each year, employees create marketing materials and programs for the show, while others attend the event to show support. This year, 11 MSUFCU employees also volunteered after the show to help clean up. For the second year in a row, MSUFCU sponsored an Aitch Fellow, a student at MSU, who will continue his cancer research throughout the next year with the Credit Union’s $15,000 donation.

“We are so grateful for our partnership with MSUFCU because The Aitch Foundation would not be what it is today without it. Because of MSUFCU, we have been able to fund Aitch Fellowships at MSU that expand cancer research for our communities and beyond. MSUFCU helps make our annual event, The Hidden Key Fashion Show, a wonderful experience for cancer warriors, attendees, and the young MSU PHD student researchers working hard to find a cure for this deadly disease,” said Lauren Aitch, the foundation’s creator.

MSUFCU is a proud supporter of The Aitch Foundation and Hidden Key Fashion Show.
