Throughout November 2017, MSUFCU launched a new promotion, It All Adds Up, in which the Credit Union donated a penny to Ele’s Place each time members swiped their debit or credit cards. We are excited to announce that through It All Adds Up, MSUFCU donated $4,990.01 to Ele's Place! The Credit Union presented the check to Ele's Place on Tuesday, December 12, at the Meridian Mall Pop-Up shop.

Members were able to opt in through the mobile app or ComputerLine to enroll in this promotion, which occurred from November 1-30, 2017. November is children’s grief awareness month, and through this promotion, the Credit Union was able to give back to an organization the provides support for grieving children.

Ele’s Place is a healing center for grieving children and teens. Four locations support families throughout the Lansing, Ann Arbor, Grand Rapids, and Flint areas and beyond. Each week, peer support group programs help hundreds of children, ages 3-18, learn how to cope and begin to heal after the death of a parent, sibling, or other loved one.
