In response to the Coronavirus pandemic, MSU Federal Credit Union has been finding unique ways to engage the community and support local families. This has been achieved through supporting virtual events, donating to Coronavirus relief initiatives and reallocating donated funds to address the needs of our community.

In addition to the work that has been done, the Credit Union is proud to have recently allocated over $100,000 to local food banks in the areas we serve: Greater Lansing, Oakland County, Grand Rapids and Traverse City.

The Credit Union donated to Greater Lansing Food Bank, Gleaners Community Food Bank of Oakland County, The Green Apple Pantry in Grand Rapids and Feeding America West Michigan, which serves communities in the Upper Peninsula.

The donations will go toward providing food and resources to each area as well as additional support to keep the food banks operating at this time. Giving back is an integral part of our mission and we are proud to continue supporting our communities.
