“The app continues to grow and be a resource for students to successfully navigate their finances anytime, anywhere. The programs in the MSU Neighborhoods allow students an important touchpoint with the Credit Union's financial experts and it gives an opportunity to have their questions answered and gain help in navigating specific financial situations in their lives. Ultimately, through the app and interacting with our team, the hope is that it leads to a more financially savvy student body.”— Paul, Senior Financial Educator

MSUFCU Supports Local Area Students in High School Art Exhibit

Tweet Button

MSUFCU is proud to support local area high school students through sponsoring and hosting the annual Student Art Exhibit during the month of February, 2014. Students from 13 local area high schools will display their artwork in the MSUFCU headquarters lobby, giving people in our local community the opportunity to view and vote for their favorite works of art.

Encouraging and supporting our local high school students is one way MSUFCU gives back to our community. We are proud to support the arts and arts education to make a positive impact on students in our community and help them to achieve their goals and dreams.

Students will have the opportunity to win various awards that will be determined by a panel of judges, or the People’s Choice Award, which will be awarded to the student who receives the highest number of public votes. The school to receive the highest number votes will also be given the High School Spirit Award.

Members and the community can visit MSUFCU's headquarters during normal business hours to view and vote on the artwork beginning February 1, or go online and vote at www.msufcuart.com/vote.

Members will also be welcome to share in the celebration at the Awards Reception on Sunday, March 2, 2014, which will feature speakers from the arts community, light refreshments, and an announcement of the student award winners.
