MSUFCU Names Two New Vice Presidents
EAST LANSING, MI—Patrick McPharlin, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MSU Federal Credit Union, has announced the promotion of Samantha Amburgey to Vice President of eCommerce and eServices and the hiring of Clint Summers as Vice President of Information Technology.
McPharlin comments, “As the use of new technologies becomes more and more prominent in the financial services industry, MSU Federal Credit Union’s eServices, eCommerce, and Information Technology departments continue to experience tremendous growth. The promotion of Ms. Amburgey and hiring of Mr. Summers allows MSUFCU to grow these areas of the Credit Union as necessitated by our members’ changing needs while continuing to provide the excellent service our members deserve.”
Samantha Amburgey has been with MSUFCU since July of 2004, most recently holding the position of eServices Manager. She received a bachelor’s degree in sociology from University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Clint Summers has worked at MSUFCU since December 2011, and was previously the Vice President of Technology at Intermountain Community Bancorp. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems and accounting from Idaho State University.
