“Helping members and employees achieve their goals and dreams is a key part of our mission. Because of this, we work to create a culture that allows employees to grow, develop, and achieve these goals and dreams in and out of work. It gives us great pleasure to be recognized for fostering this type of positive work environment.”— Patrick McPharlin, Former MSUFCU President and CEO
