MSUFCU Recognized as a 2019 Best Workplace in Financial Services & Insurance
EAST LANSING, Mich. — MSU Federal Credit Union (MSUFCU) is pleased to announce it has received a 2019 Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance designation by Great Place to Work®. This is based on analyzed anonymous survey feedback representing more 726,000 employees working in the financial service and insurance industries in the United States.
“We are committed to providing a welcoming and supportive environment where employees feel respected, and valued for their contributions, and are able to achieve their full potential,” said Silvia Dimma, MSUFCU’s Chief Human Resources Officer. “This award signifies that we are fulfilling our commitment to creating an engaging workplace that fosters growth and development.”
Employees responded to more than 60 survey questions describing the extent to which their organization creates a Great Place to Work For All™. The evaluation was based on 85% of what employees said about their experiences of trust and reaching their full potential as part of their organization. Great Place to Work analyzes these experiences relative to each organization’s size, workforce make up, and what’s relative to their peers in the industry. To be considered, companies had to meet the Great Place to Work-Certified™ standard.
MSUFCU has a national reputation for excellence and has received several top industry and workplace awards. The Credit Union was named Best Workplace in Financial Services and Insurance by Fortune Magazine, received the ATHENA Award® for Organizational Leadership, and for the fifth year, was named West Michigan Best and Brightest to Work For.
