MSUFCU Announces Employee Winners of Crystal Awards

EAST LANSING, Mich. — MSU Federal Credit Union (MSUFCU) honored several employees for their superior service and volunteerism during its recent annual awards dinner.


Eight employees, nominated by their coworkers, received Crystal Awards for demonstrating traits such as dependability, having a positive attitude, and serving as an outstanding ambassador for the Credit Union. This year’s honorees were: Jason Cunningham, Business Solutions; Austin Drouare, Software Development; Ashley Duffy, eServices; Deb Jackson, Business Services; Rhonda Martin, Specialty Accounts; Cristina Mireles, Call Center; Lindsay Thomas, Auburn Hills/Oakland Center Branch; and Joe Winkler, Human Resources.


In addition, Colleen McBride, Internal Communications, was named Volunteer of the Year for her commitment to the community and the hours she volunteered in 2019 – more than 350.


“This event is a great opportunity to recognize our employees’ successes and also how we work together as a team to fulfill our mission of helping members achieve their dreams,” said Silvia Dimma, MSUFCU Chief Human Resources Officer. “All of our employees are passionate about helping members and this is demonstrated every day through their hard work and commitment to excellence.”
