Increase your financial smarts by attending one of our Financial U sessions. Each session will cover budgeting credit, and account security. Pizza & pop will be provided at each session. Plus, you'll receive $15 and be entered to WIN A NEW MOUNTAIN BIKE from MSU Bikes just for attending! Details: A maximum of $15 will be deposited to your MSUFCU account regardless of how many sessions you attend. You must sign in at the beginning and end of the session. If you leave the session, you will not receive the $15. You must have an MSUFCU account in good standing to receive the funds. Allow for two weeks after the last session for money to be deposited. Alzheimer's Association: Understanding and Responding to Dementia-Related Behavior

Presented by the Alzheimer's Association


Behavior is a powerful form of communication and is one of the primary ways for people with dementia to communicate their needs and feelings as the ability to use language is lost. However, some behaviors can present real challenges for caregivers to manage. Join us to learn to decode behavioral messages, identify common behavior triggers, and learn strategies to help intervene with some of the most common behavioral challenges of Alzheimer's disease.

Special Needs Planning

Estate planning for families with children with special needs takes a special lawyer. There are other legal issues that need to be considered including guardianships or alternatives to guardianships; public benefits (Medicaid and Supplemental Security Income) and life care planning, including the use of a Letter of Intent, and the ability to maneuver through community support services.
