How do I know if a call to verify Visa transactions is legitimate?

A Visa Fraud Alert Management System call will be an automated recording. The recording will state that the call is from MSU Federal Credit Union and will request that you verify information. MSUFCU will only request that you verify information that we already know. If you doubt the legitimacy of a call, please hang up and contact us
