MSUFCU has been made aware of a text claiming to be the credit union. Please note that the Credit Union will not ask for you to login to your account via text message, or ask for passwords or credentials.
To set up transfers to or from your account at an external account, select MoveMoney, then Pay Bills, then Make a Transfer, Select An Account, and Add External Account. We will then request to send a verification code to you via text or to the primary email address on file. Once the code is received and submitted, your external account information will be able to be added, allowing the option of transferring between accounts in your name. Please keep in mind these transfer limits.
To send funds to a person who has a U.S.-based financial institution, you may use the "Pay A Person" option within Pay Bills, or send the funds via Wire Transfer. Funds being sent to accounts outside the U.S. must be sent via International Wire Transfer, which may take up to seven business days to be processed. Please note that this timeframe may be subject to change due to international exchange reasons.
Please note than an open MSUFCU checking account is required to utilize Pay Bills.
