Over the coming weeks and months, we will work diligently to ensure that you have all the information you need and to provide you with a smooth transition to MSUFCU. During the transition, we are committed to ensuring you maintain access to your accounts and are able to conduct transactions.

You will find timelines, important dates, and valuable information to help guide you through the data conversion process and ensure a smooth transition as you officially become a member of MSU Federal Credit Union (MSUFCU).

How can I access my account?
There are several ways you can access your account:

• Use the MSUFCU Mobile app, ComputerLine®, or MoneyLine for 24-hour account access. Including eDeposit to remotely deposit checks, Member2Member to instantly transfer funds, manage your account and complete transactions, pay bills, set up travel information, lock and unlock cards, find ATMs, and more.

• Use ATMs for deposits and withdrawals. As a member of the CO-OP Network, you have access to nearly 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs across the U.S.

• Visit a Shared Branch to conduct a limited amount of transactions.

• Arrange for direct deposit with your employer directly to your MSUFCU account.

• Your MSUFCU Visa Debit Card can be used for worldwide access to your checking account.

• Contact our Call Center, Chat with Fran, or Video Chat, to receive assistance with setting up online account access, perform a variety of transactions, apply for a new loan, or to receive additional account information.

How can I check my balances?
Check your account balance at a branch, via ComputerLine, MoneyLine, the MSUFCU Mobile app, Live Chat, or by calling 800-678-4968 or 517-333-2424.

How do I update my contact information?
You can update your contact information in ComputerLine® or the MSUFCU Mobile app, by contacting us, or by stopping in to any branch location.

How do I set up access to ComputerLine® and the mobile app?
You will need your MSUFCU username (or base account number if you have not yet set up a username) and a temporary ComputerLine® password to sign in. When you open your account, your temporary password is automatically mailed to you. If you do not have it, or don't remember your password, please contact us.
