Do you have the cutest Sweet Pea? MSUFCU wants to hear from you! Upload a photo of your Sweet Pea from now until July 31, 2015, along with a couple of sentences about your child, and you will be entered to win.


The photos and first names of each Sweet Pea entered will be available for a public vote August 1 through August 8, 2015, right here on this page. Make sure to also encourage your friends and family to vote.


The child's photo with the most votes in each age category (up to age 2 and 3-4) will be the grand prize winner.


Each grand prize winner will receive a 1-Year Add-On Certificate from MSUFCU and a children's photo package with five images on a decorative easel from Canfield Jenkins House of Photography.

I, the parent or guardian of the above named participant, give my voluntary consent to his/her participation in the "Cutest Sweet Pea" photo contest.

Permission is hereby granted to allow essays, videos, photographs of the applicant and interviews of the applicant's parent/guardian to be published/conducted for the purpose of promoting the MSU Federal Credit Union's "Cutest Sweet Pea" photo contest. As a condition of application, permission is also granted to enable the participant to make him/herself available for media interviews.

I understand that the name and photographs of the applicant's child used in connection with the contest are the exclusive property of MSU Federal Credit Union, and the applicant will not receive any remuneration for the use of the applicant's child's photographs and/or essay submissions by the MSU Federal Credit Union.

I further understand, and hereby release the MSU Federal Credit Union, its employees, agencies, representatives, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, and assignees, from any loss or damage to the above named participant for the unauthorized use of the photographs by any third party, or for any travel or travel-related activity thereto or participation in this promotion.

Official Contest Guidelines and Rules
Contest begins on May 29, 2015 (9:00 a.m. ET), and ends on July 31, 2015 (11:59 p.m. ET). Entrant’s child must be an MSUFCU Sweet Pea member to receive the $100 gift card from Canfield Jenkins House of Photography and to be a grand prize winner. Grand prize winners are not eligible for the $100 gift card. If your child is voted as a grand prize winner and is not a Sweet Pea member, he/she will have to become a member to receive the prizes. All entries must accompany a completed entry form and electronically signed release form. No phone-in entries will be accepted. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. One entry per child. All entries must be original forms; no photocopies or duplicates will be accepted. Immediate family members of employees and board members of MSUFCU or Canfield Jenkins House of Photography are not eligible to participate.


To be selected, entrants must be in good standing with the Credit Union. Parent/Guardian and child must be members of MSUFCU to receive the $100 gift card to Canfield Jenkins House of Photography in St. Johns, MI. Gift cards will be mailed to eligible entrants. Please allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks for delivery. All eligible photos submitted will be posted on MSUFCU's website along with the child’s first name. The winning photos may be published in the Credit Union’s lobby, website, newsletter, and/or various marketing and promotional materials. To be considered, parent/guardian must agree to sign a release form to publish their and their child’s name, image, and voice.


MSUFCU is not responsible for any damage caused to entrants' computers due to participation in the contest. MSUFCU reserves the right to cancel the online component of the contest should it become technically corrupted, and the winner will be chosen from all eligible entries received prior to that time.


Winners will be notified by telephone on August 10, 2015. Winners have five (5) business days to respond to the Credit Union. Failure to respond by August 17, 2015, will result in the selection of a new winner.


Winners understand that prizes may not be substituted or assigned.


Entrants agree by entering that unless prohibited by law, MSU Federal Credit Union may use, if entrant is a winner, entrant's name, city and state of residence, photograph, and likeness for advertising trade and any other purposes in any media now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission, or notification. Entrants further agree that the aforementioned parties and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, representatives, and agents will have no liability and will be held harmless by entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury, or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part. MSUFCU maintains the right to change or modify these rules at any time without notice.
