April 29, 2021

As you look for more efficiency and flexibility from your financial institution, consider using a video teller to receive personalized-service on the go. Here are ways video tellers are making account management quick and easy.

What are video tellers?
Video tellers are two-way video service, providing a personal experience for members to access their accounts. By combining the functionality of a drive-up ATM with the personalized service of speaking to a financial service representative, members can conduct a variety of transactions from the convenience of their vehicles.

What can video tellers help with?
Video tellers can help members with:
* Account inquiries
* Cash deposits
* Cash withdrawals, including coin or odd denominations
* Loan payments
* Transfers
* And more

How do you use a video teller?
Accessing a video teller is easy: drive up to the video teller at the ATM, touch the screen, and you’ll be connected via live video with a financial service representative.

MSUFCU introduced video tellers in 2020. Currently, the drive-up video teller service is available at the Berkley, Charlotte, Holt, Mason, Ortonville, and Sashabaw locations. Stay tuned! Video tellers will be available at all Credit Union branch drive-up lanes soon.
