“Judging the OU Business Scholars Case Competition allowed me to see the dedication to learning and the engagement the OU business students have. They were actively involved in learning about their products and making the business decisions necessary to increase their product penetration in the market. Although they had limited time to work through the details of the case, they presented thorough business decisions that showcased their business knowledge. ”— Lea Ammerman, Executive Vice President of Member Services

Sparrow and Downtown Lansing Branch Renovations Create Innovative and Friendly Interactions for Members

In May 2017, MSUFCU celebrated the completion of its recent branch renovations at the Sparrow and Downtown Lansing Branches. These renovations were made to offer members and visitors a more modern, streamlined look and layout in which they can complete their transactions.

With the new layout, members are invited to a one-on-one station at which they can conduct all of their business and have all questions answered by speaking with one employee rather than several at different stations. The open layout provides the same features as our other branches, including the ability to print cards, conduct account transactions, complete loan applications, and more.

A member event was held at the Sparrow Branch within the Sparrow Professional Building on May 11 to welcome members to view the new space while enjoying a light lunch. The Downtown Lansing Branch member event will be held on June 27, 2017.

Similar renovations were completed at MSUFCU’s Union Branch earlier this year, and the same one-on-one station layout will also be implemented at our future Grand Rapids Branch, which will open in fall 2017.
