eAlerts

eAlerts can be set up to provide account information for the following:

To enroll in eAlerts within ComputerLine®, simply select the My eAlerts icon above your Account Summary. Within the mobile app, select the menu icon, then select eAlerts.

MoneyLine

MoneyLine can be accessed by calling 800-666-9546 and entering your MSUFCU account number and 4-digit personal access code. To learn more about MoneyLine, click here.

This free audio service has the ability to perform requests without the assistance of a Credit Union representative over the phone.

MoneyLine can assist with many requests including but not limited to the following:

• Balance inquiries
• Account transfers
• Loan payments

How do I know if I am set up to use remote services such as the MSUFCU Mobile app, ComputerLine®, and MoneyLine?

How do I sign into ComputerLine® and the MSUFCU Mobile app?

You will need your MSUFCU username (or account number if you have not yet set up a username) and ComputerLine® password to sign in. If you do not have or do not remember your password, please contact us at 517-333-2424 or 800-678-4968, or send us a secure email.

What is your cookie policy?

Our Use of Cookies
If you conduct transactions with MSUFCU via ComputerLine, you may notice our use of Internet cookies. Cookies are a small text file assigned and attached by a web server to the directory file on your computer. Cookies enable our systems to recognize your browser and your information as you navigate and conduct transactions within ComputerLine. If we did not use cookies within ComputerLine, you would need to enter your account number and password each time you wanted to see another page or each transaction you initiate. ComputerLine uses temporary session cookies that are stored on your Computer only during your current session and are automatically deleted from your computer when you close your browser. No information is collected from your computer.
