How to access CashBack+:
Access CashBack+ to the right on your Account Summary page under the "Exclusive Member Offers" section of ComputerLine. In the MSUFCU Mobile App navigate to the "My Offers" section, or, open the menu in the upper left corner and navigate to "the lab".

What's New in CashBack+

CashBack+ Actions

Actions can be activated in the CashBack+ Action category in ComputerLine and the mobile app. Activating actions allow you to complete tasks to earn rewards, which are credited the first of the following month. Actions may include things like opening a checking account with a specific amount, setting up direct deposit, opting into eStatements, and more.

CashBack+ Pay

Download the CashBack+ Pay App from the Apple App Store or Chrome Web Store and match the exact amount of your purchase when you shop in-store or online. No more random amounts left on your gift cards!

How do I access CashBack+ and purchase digital gift cards?

• Log into ComputerLine or the mobile app

• Find the CashBack+ experience: In ComputerLine, located in the side navigation under Special Offers. In the mobile app, tap on the My Offers icon.

• Explore the selection of digital gift cards and their cash back amounts by clicking on "Get started" upon first entering the application.

• Click on your desired digital gift card and proceed to purchase. (The amount of cash back you will receive will be shown along with the digital gift card amount.)

• After the purchase is complete, the digital gift card will be stored within your Cashback+ wallet and a confirmation email will be sent. (It can take up to 10-15 minutes for this process.)

Where can I find and redeem my CashBack+ Rewards from my digital gift card purchase?

Members can find their cash back in the "Redeem" tab within the CashBack+ experience.

Members have two options to redeem their cash back; If they have enough cash back in their wallet to cover a digital gift card purchase, they can make a new digital gift card purchase using the cash back payment option. Alternatively, members can transfer their cash back into their MSUFCU account.

Members will also find their cash back amount in their Pay App. To transfer your cash back balance from here, tap on "Account" and "Transfer".

1MSUFCU offers CashBack+ to members with active accounts in good standing through two programs powered by Prizeout -- CashBack+ and CashBack+ Pay. CashBack+ is available through the member's MSUFCU account. CashBack+ Pay allows iOS users to download the app from the App Store and PC users to get a Chrome browser extension from the Chrome Web Store (currently unavailable for Android and other browsers). This program enables members to purchase select digital gift card offers for the exact amount required and earn cash back at varying percentages, which is credited immediately to their CashBack+ wallet post-purchase. Not all account types qualify. Must be 18 years of age or older to participate in CashBack+. MSUFCU retains the right to modify or terminate either CashBack+ program at any time without prior notification. MSUFCU is not affiliated with or endorses any of the merchants featured in CashBack+ or CashBack+ Pay. Reward amounts will vary depending on the specific action completed. Actions will be displayed in the CashBack+ dashboard as they become available. Please note that there may be times when no actions are listed. Each action will include an expiration date; actions must be completed before this date in order to qualify for rewards. Cash back rewards may be subject to taxation and could be reported on applicable IRS forms. Members may choose to transfer their rewards to an MSUFCU account or redeem them for select digital gift card offers.
