Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) from MSUFCU helps members flex their budget by offering two types of services available. Members can either select a purchase that made previously on their Visa Debit card or by accepting an offer before getting to the store.

Plan Your Purchase vs Split Your Payments
• Plan Your Purchase allows members to plan for upcoming expenses with access to the funds before the purchase.
• Split Your Payments allows you members to split an eligible transaction made on your Visa Debit Card into more manageable payments.

How Does Buy Now Pay Later Work?
To access your BNPL offers from MSUFCU, simply log into ComputerLine or the Mobile App and locate the "Buy Now, Pay Later" tile within "the lab." View and accept your available BNPL offers or choose the amount of funds for your purchase in seconds and accept the repayment terms that work for you. You will receive your purchase amount deposited back into your MSUFCU account within 24 hours.

How do I apply for a Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) loan?

There is no application for a MSUFCU BNPL loan. All BNPL offers found within your account are pre-qualified for you to view and accept. You will receive a copy of the loan agreement in your email.

How soon will I see my purchase amount deposited back into my account?

After you have accepted a MSUFCU Buy Now Pay Later offer, your purchase amount will be deposited into your account within 24 hours.

Why can't I see any Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) offers?

If you do not see any BNPL offers, this may be because your current account status or your recent debit card purchases are not eligible for BNPL. If you already have active BNPL plans, you may not be eligible for additional offers until the active plans are paid back.

What is an eligible purchase for Buy Now Pay Later?

An eligible purchase is a debit card purchase made in the past 60 days that is at least $100 and was not a cash equivalent purchase (e.g., ATM withdrawal, money order, cash advance, etc.). Other restrictions surrounding the merchant type and transaction limits may affect BNPL eligibility.
