MSUFCU Promotes Five Management Development Program Associates to Managers

EAST LANSING, MI—Patrick McPharlin, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MSU Federal Credit Union, is pleased to announce the promotions of Stephanie Fredline, Allison Horn, and Ashleigh Miller to MSUFCU Call Center Managers, and also Danielle Deneau and Samantha Goris to MSUFCU eServices Managers. All five individuals have completed MSUFCU’s extensive Management Development Program.

Danielle Deneau has been with MSUFCU since March of 2011, and was previously a Financial Services Specialist before being promoted to an MSUFCU eServices Manager. She received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications from Michigan State University. Deneau is also an active volunteer for Junior Achievement of
Mid-Michigan.

Stephanie Fredline has worked at MSUFCU since February 2012, and was previously a Call Center Specialist before being promoted to an MSUFCU Call Center Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University.

Samantha Goris has worked at MSUFCU since July 2011, and was previously a Call Center Specialist before being promoted to an MSUFCU eServices Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management from Northwood University.

Allison Horn has been with MSUFCU since December of 2010, and was previously an Assistant Manager at MSUFCU’s East Lansing Branch before being promoted to an MSUFCU Call Center Manager. She received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Organizational Communication from Michigan State University.

Ashleigh Miller has worked at MSUFCU since May 2007, and was previously an eServices Senior Loan Officer before being promoted to an MSUFCU Call Center Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications with specializations in Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, and Family and Child Ecology from Michigan State University. Miller is also a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor.
