MSUFCU Appoints Two New Assistant Vice Presidents

EAST LANSING, Mich. — April Clobes, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MSU Federal Credit Union (MSUFCU) is pleased to announce the promotions of Meredith Crowl to Assistant Vice President of Business Solutions and HelpDesk and Nicole Dilts to Assistant Vice President of Payment Systems.


“Ms. Crowl and Ms. Dilts bring a wealth of knowledge gained both from their time at the Credit Union and experiences beyond the organization,” said Ms. Clobes. “I look forward to the contributions they will make as we expand our product offerings and enhance the service we provide to members.”


Ms. Crowl joined the Credit Union in April 2014 as a Network Systems Assistant Manager and worked as a HelpDesk Manager since 2015. As the Assistant Vice President of Business Solutions and HelpDesk, she works with business units to provide technology solutions, enhance employee tasks, and increase member-service efficiency. She received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Olivet Nazarene University and volunteers for Camp Barakel and her church.


Ms. Dilts has worked at MSUFCU since 2009, serving as a Payment Services Manager for six years. She oversees the Credit Union’s Card and Payment Services Departments, creating and maintaining a vision for both areas, while managing various payment-related projects. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Michigan State University, an MBA from Northwood University, and earned an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification. Beyond the Credit Union, she serves on the Regional Payments Association Committee and Board, coaches youth sports for DeWitt Area Recreation Authority, and served as Treasurer of the Alfa Foundation.
