MSB account(s) will convert to MSUFCU on May 1, 2025.

As we work diligently to onboard your accounts to MSUFCU, you may notice a few hour delay in direct deposit and automated withdrawal processing. All items should appear by noon on, May 1st.

If you did not complete your opt in to membership, please call 1-312-270-0204, x3133, or visit a branch near you to apply for membership or make arrangements for your account(s).

Processing Error Notice

This is notice to inform account holders to of a processing error that affected all MSB Christmas Club Accounts during the account conversion process.

This guide contains all the information that new business members will need to know to make their account conversion run as smoothly as possible.

HELOC Change In Terms Notice

This notice outlines updates to Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) account terms once they convert from MSB accounts to MSUFCU. These changes include updates to fees, billing cycle, rate index, and post maturity rate.

Final Opt-In Notice Postcard

This postcard will be sent to any MSB customers who have not opted in and do not have an email on file with us.

Account Number Letters

This letter provides the recipient's new MSUFCU account number, an overview about online banking, the Pillur mobile app, any MSB debit card(s) the respective member may be receiving in the mail, and our general benefits of membership

Consumer Conversion Letter and Guide

This letter and conversion guide contains all the information that new consumer members will need to know to make their account conversion run as smoothly as possible.

Card Carrier Activation

Sent to those who have opted-in, this mailing includes information about their new Visa Debit Card, as well as the debit card itself.

Consumer Account Number Letter with Direct Deposit

This letter provides the new account number and Spartan Saver Share ID number, and additional forms for those who have opted-in.

Consumer Account Number Letter - Nonmember

This letter provides the base account number and Spartan Saver Share ID number for those who have not yet opted-in.

Consumer Change in Terms Mailing

This mailing includes a comprehensive set of disclosures for consumers, including the Change in Terms.

Business Account Change in Terms Mailing

This mailing includes a comprehensive set of Credit Union disclosures for business account owners.

Consumer Change in Terms for Preferred Checking Line of Credit

This mailing includes a set of Credit Union disclosures for consumer account owners with a loan or line of credit.

McHenry Feb 2025 Mailing

The postcard details the Change in Terms Notice, Conversion Guide, and Online Banking Access letters that the members will be receiving.

New Control Number Group Mailing

This mailing, sent to a limited number of McHenry customers, provides a control number and encourages the recipient to opt-in to membership.

Letter Regarding RV Loan

A letter about refinancing RV Loans was mailed to about 260 McHenry account owners on December 11.
