What is required to open a business account?

1. Print and complete MSUFCU's Business Application, please sign where indicated.

2. Include any necessary supporting materials: DBA, Partnership agreement, Articles of incorporation, Articles of organization (LLC), or Operating agreement (LLC).

3. Drop off your application to any MSUFCU branch location or mail to:
