Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Within these terms and conditions, the words "we." "us." and "our refer to Michigan State University Federal Credit Union (Credit Union). The words "you" and "your" refer to any eligible entrants of this offer. By participating in our Michigan State University Volleyball Ticket Offer, you agree to these terms and conditions and to the results that will be final and binding in all respects.

The Michigan State University Volleyball Ticket Offer ("offer) begins at midnight ET, when our discounted ticket supply for the games identified are depleted. To enter, entrants must be MSUFCU members who are ages 18 or older and follow the instructions provided. NO FORCHASE IS NECESSARY TO REQUEST TICKETS, NOR WILL A PURCHASE IMPROVE AN ENTRANT'S CHANCE OF RECEIVING TICKETS. There is a limit of one form submission for ticket claim entry per entrant. There is a limit to 2 tickets per member. Tickets are issued in the order of when we receive a request and while supplies last. We provide no warranty relative to your use of the tickets. Employees Board members, Supervisory Committee members of the Credit Union and affiliated CUSOs and their immediate family members (spouses and siblings, parents and children and their spouses): household members of the Michigan State University Athletics Department and its divisions are not eligible to enter to receive free tickets.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, and terminate this offer for any reason, including but not limited to: viruses, bugs, nonauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond our control that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or intended procedures of the offer. In case of suspension or early termination, a notice will be posted, and, at our discretion, entrants will be selected from eligible non-suspect entries received before the event was suspended or terminated.

We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant if we suspect that their actions affect the integrity of the offer or if the entrant fails to remain in good standing with us.

Individuals who receive free tickets through this offer are also bound by the disclosures appearing on their tickets.
