Official MSUFCU Game Day Promotion Rules

The MSUFCU Game Day Promotion begins at noon ET 8/31/23 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET 9/1/23. The MSUFCU Game Day Promotion can be accessed through the MSUFCU Mobile app. The first attempt to score points is provided to all qualified MSUFCU members and can be played at any time during the promotion period. Additional attempts to score points will be awarded for each signature-based transaction, but will not be awarded for any PIN-based transaction, that occurs through use of an MSUFCU Visa Debit or Credit Card associated with the account of a qualified MSUFCU member during the promotion period. The prize is one $200 MSUFCU Visa Gift Card and four $50 gift cards. The first through fifth place finishers, based on their total MSUFCU Game Day Promotion score stated in the promotion leaderboard, will be eligible to receive prizes. Winner's account must be in good standing. Winners will be notified by email or phone and has 5 business days to respond. Failure to respond within 5 business days will result in that winner being ineligible to receive a prize. Winners must sign a release and consent form to receive prize. MSUFCU provides no warranty and is not liable for the winner's receipt or use of the prize. Prize may not be substituted or transferred except at the discretion of MSUFCU. Winner is responsible for applicable taxes and any other costs not listed. Employees of MSUFCU, as well as MSUFCU board and committee members, are not eligible. Please read these Rules carefully. By participating in the MSUFCU Game Day Promotion, you agree to these official rules and to the results of the promotion, which will be final and binding in all respects.

PROMOTION PERIOD
The MSUFCU Game Day Promotion begins at noon ET 8/31/23 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET 9/1/23.

ELIGIBILITY
This promotion is open to members of Michigan State University Federal Credit Union (MSUFCU) who are at least 18 years old and have access to the MSUFCU Mobile application. Employees of MSUFCU, as well as MSUFCU board and committee members, are not eligible.

WINNER SELECTION/ODDS
The first-place finisher, based on their total MSUFCU Game Day Promotion score stated in the promotion leaderboard, will be eligible to receive a prize. Winner will be notified by email or phone and has 5 business days to respond. Failure to respond within 5 business days will result in not being eligible to receive a prize. Winner must sign a release and consent form. If MSUFCU does not receive the completed release and consent form within 10 calendar days of the date the winner was first called or emailed about their prize, that winner will not be eligible to receive a prize. A copy of the final leaderboard will be available on the MSUFCU Mobile application on the final date of the promotion.

HOW TO ENTER
The MSUFCU Game Day Promotion can be accessed through the MSUFCU Mobile application. The first attempt to score points is provided to all qualified MSUFCU members, and can be played at any time during the promotion period. Additional attempts to score points will be awarded for each signature-based transaction that occurs through use of an MSUFCU Visa Debit or Credit Card associated with the account of a qualified MSUFCU member during the promotion period. Additional attempts to score points will not be awarded for any PIN-based transaction, which includes automated teller machine or point-of-sale transactions that require you to enter a personal identification number (PIN).

MSUFCU is not responsible or liable for:
• Technical hardware or software needed to enter,
• Lost or unavailable network connections that impair or prevent entry, or
• Failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions that may limit a user's ability to participate in this promotion.

PRIZES AND ACTUAL RETAIL VALUES
The prize is one $200 MSUFCU Visa gift card. Prizes may not be substituted or transferred except at the discretion of MSUFCU. MSUFCU is not responsible for the winner's receipt or use of the prize, and has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize including, but not limited to, its quality or availability. Liability for any applicable federal, state, or other taxes, or any other costs, will be the sole responsibility of the winner and no prize will be awarded without receipt of the proper legal paperwork as determined by MSUFCU.

GENERAL RELEASE FORM
Each winner must sign a release form agreeing:
• To all terms and conditions related to this promotion.
• To allow MSUFCU, unless prohibited by law, to use their name, city and state of residence, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising trade and/or any other purposes in any media now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission, or notification. All images are the exclusive property of MSUFCU.
• That aforementioned parties and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, representatives, and agents shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury, or damage to entrant or any other person or entity. This includes personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property due to the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize and any travel or travel-related activity thereto or participation in this promotion.


GENERAL CONDITIONS
MSUFCU reserves the right to modify, suspend, and terminate this promotion for any reason, including but not limited to viruses, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of MSUFCU, that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or intended procedures of the promotion. In case of suspension or termination, a notice will be posted, and MSUFCU reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it suspects that their actions affect the integrity of the promotion or if the entrant fails to remain in good standing with MSUFCU.

MSUFCU maintains the right to change or modify these rules at any time without notice. MSUFCU is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the promotion, or in the announcement of any and all prizes.

Any legal challenge to this promotion must be filed within 6 months of the end of the promotion. Such legal challenge will be waived if not filed within such period. Participation in the promotion constitutes a participant's agreement to the 6 month limitation period.

This promotion is not sponsored by or associated with any other organization, including any social media platform where the promotion is promoted, and you release such other organizations from liability arising out of or relating to this promotion.
