Pre-employment steps
Human Resources will review your application to determine your qualifications for the role. The Human Resources team will communicate updates to candidates throughout the process. The interview process includes the following steps.

Phone Interview with Human Resources: Where they'll ask questions about your past work experience, why you're interested in MSUFCU, provide an overview of MSUFCU'S culture, and answer any other questions you may have.

Virtual or In-Person Interview(s) with Human Resources and the Hiring Manager: More than 1 interview may be required for specific roles. Come prepared to speak about how you collaborate with your team, and how your background and experiences align to the mission and core values of MSUFCU.
